Holy Father,

Create in me a clean heart. Write on it Your laws so that I may walk in Your ways.

Lead me by Your Holy Spirit, that my flesh may not be so strong in me.

Deliver me from the Evil One.

In Your Son’s Holy Name I ask these things today.
