Father God, we ask that You purge division from Your people. Destroy the effects of partisan politics. Abolish the differences created by racism. Take away our need to separate from one another over opinions and interpretations. Create a unity in Your people that cannot be broken. May we be one, o Father, as You and Jesus are one. May we be one, Lord, so the world may believe.
